The Happiest Hour

The Happiest Hour is a new cocktail bar and full-service restaurant by Acme’s Jon Neidich and veteran New York bartender Jim Kearns, formerly of the NoMad Hotel and Pegu Club.

Reunion Goods & Services created a breezy identity system inspired by the beach and country clubs of Florida and California–from postcards juxtaposing the city skyline with wetlands, to matches with tag line wish you were here written inside, to the website.

Reunion also designed the identity and associated collateral for Slowly Shirley, the subterranean cocktail lounge below The Happiest Hour. With an extensive menu created by beverage director Jim Kearns, the bar is an earnest throwback to the lost lounges of New York and Hollywood.
